This is like the FAQ page. It’s just easier form me to spell it out.

Why do I Offer a Rebate?

Money 🙂    That is the quick and easy answer.

Longer version:

I spent the first decade or so of my career working with mostly first time home buyers. Loved the the work but it became too difficult to make a consistent, sustainable living. Instead of hanging it up I decided to focus on new home construction.

You don’t just stand there and shout to the world “Hey, I’m an expert at new home construction now!” It usually doesn’t work like that 🙂   I needed to add value. 

Hook meet real estate rebate. (they are old friends now)

So the plan from the beginning:

*connect with and appeal to new build home buyers 

*show said buyers what an amazing, stupendous, world renown agent I am

*watch them dance with glee when they see the rebate/buyer concession applied to there expenses on the Closing Documents

*hit my ecstatic buyer friends up for reviews and referrals!

And years later, so far so good. 

I like to joke around sometimes but if you really are intrigued by why I do this just ask. It’s mostly the same story with a little more of me added in. I am a big believer in human contact. Even an introvert like me understands the power of looking someone in the eye, hearing their voice inflection when they speak, getting a feel for their mood from body language. You know, humans connecting with humans stuff. 

I’m a pretty nice guy once you get to know me.
